Human Keratin 6A ELISA Kit

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative measurement of human Cytokeratin 6a in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The 96-well microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific for Cytokeratin 6a, and bound analyte is detected using a biotinylated anti-Cytokeratin 6a antibody followed by HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

The assay has a sensitivity of <5.7 pg/ml and a working range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml, completed in 4 hours 30 minutes. Spike-and-recovery performance has been validated in serum (83–100%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (90–99%, average 94%, n=5), and heparin plasma (91–101%, average 96%, n=5), with dilution linearity demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16 sample dilutions.
