Human Keratin 33A ELISA Kit

The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, using an antibody specific for K33A pre-coated onto a microplate, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-K33A Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with a TMB substrate used to visualize a colorimetric signal.

The assay has a range of 78.1-5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <29 pg/ml. It is read at 450 nm using a colorimetric microplate reader, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.

Validated sample types include serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Reported average recovery values were 91% for serum, 95% for EDTA plasma, and 94% for heparin plasma across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16.
