Human Keratin 17 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Cytokeratin 17 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm, with HRP-TMB detection chemistry.

The kit covers a product range of 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.036 ng/ml, and the complete protocol is performed in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol manual.

Sample recovery has been validated in serum (range 83–100%, average 91%; n=5), EDTA plasma (range 90–103%, average 96%; n=5) and heparin plasma (range 89–102%, average 95%; n=5). Dilution linearity has been confirmed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 across all three matrices, with serum at 83–110%, 79–100%, 90–98% and 82–108% respectively.
