Human Keratin 13 ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Cytokeratin 13 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-Cytokeratin 13 detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with signal read as O.D. absorbance at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Reported sensitivity is <6.6 pg/ml and the assay range is 15.6-1000 pg/ml, with an assay time of 4h 30m.

Manufacturer-reported recovery (n=5) averages 91% in serum (range 83-100%), 96% in EDTA plasma (range 90-103%) and 95% in heparin plasma (range 89-102%). Linearity has been evaluated at sample dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in matching matrices.
