Human Keratin 10 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Cytokeratin 10 (Keratin 10) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microtiter plate pre-coated with an antibody specific for Cytokeratin 10, paired with a Biotinylated Anti-Cytokeratin 10 detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. Signal is developed with TMB substrate and quantified by reading the O.D. absorbance at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay has a stated detection range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 5.9 pg/ml, with the complete procedure taking approximately 4h 30m. Reported recovery values (n=5) are 83%-100% (average 91%) for serum, 90%-103% (average 96%) for EDTA plasma, and 89%-102% (average 95%) for heparin plasma.
