Human Kallikrein 8 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as part of their Assays and Kits range, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Kallikrein 8 / KLK8 in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate together with a biotinylated anti-KLK8 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a colour change that is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Performance characteristics reported by the manufacturer include a sensitivity of <0.244 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.781–50 ng/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Reactivity is Human, and the assay is run on a pre-coated microplate platform of 12 x 8 well strips.
