Human Kallikrein 2 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com is intended for the quantitative in vitro determination of human Kallikrein 2 (KLK2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-Kallikrein 2/KLK2 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, producing a colorimetric signal that is read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. The working range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.058 ng/ml, and the full protocol is completed in approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

Recovery has been validated in serum (80%–102%), EDTA plasma (81%–100%) and heparin plasma (80%–89%), with consistent linearity across sample dilutions of 1:2 to 1:16.
