Human Kallikrein 12 ELISA Kit

A competitive Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (cELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Kallikrein 12 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs the competitive enzyme immunoassay technique using a pre-coated 96-well microtiter plate and a Biotinylated Anti-Kallikrein 12 Antibody. Sample Kallikrein 12 competes with immobilized antigen for antibody binding, and detection is achieved via an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Sensitivity is reported at 7.14 ng/ml, with an assay range of 15.6-1000 ng/ml and a total assay time of 2h 30m. Recovery in spiked samples averages 91% in serum (range 83-100%, n=5), 96% in EDTA plasma (range 90-103%, n=5), and 95% in heparin plasma (range 89-102%, n=5).
