Human Kallikrein 11 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Kallikrein 11 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, with an antibody specific for Kallikrein 11 pre-coated onto a microplate. Following incubation, captured Kallikrein 11 is bound by a Biotinylated Anti-Kallikrein 11 antibody. Detection is then performed using an HRP-Avidin conjugate and visualised with TMB substrate.

Reported sensitivity is 0.053 ng/ml, with an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml. Quantification is performed by reading the O.D. absorbance at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Spiked recovery across five samples averaged 91% in serum, 96% in EDTA plasma, and 95% in heparin plasma.

Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. The kit must not be used past its expiration date.
