Human Kallikrein 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Tissue Kallikrein in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-Tissue Kallikrein detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate, and a TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Reported sensitivity is <3.1 pg/ml and the assay range is 9.38–600 pg/ml, with an assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed and not used past the expiration date.

Sample recovery averages: serum (n=5) 91% (80–102%); EDTA plasma (n=5) 90% (81–100%); heparin plasma (n=5) 84% (80–89%). Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 respectively: serum 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101%, 92–97%; EDTA plasma 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101%, 79–108%; heparin plasma 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105%, 89–91%.
