Human Junctional Adhesion Molecule 1 ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA kit enables in vitro quantitative determination of human Junctional Adhesion Molecule 1 (JAM-A) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well pre-coated microplate and a biotinylated anti-JAM-A detection antibody with HRP-Avidin and TMB substrate, producing a colourmetric change read at 450 nm on a microplate reader. Total assay time is 4h 30m. The reported product range is 0.312-20 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.133 ng/ml. Spike-and-recovery performance (n=5 per matrix) was 80%-102% (average 91%) in serum, 81%-100% (average 90%) in EDTA plasma and 80%-89% (average 84%) in heparin plasma. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
