Human Janus Kinase 3 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human JAK3 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, using a biotinylated anti-JAK3 detection antibody and HRP-avidin with TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4h 30m, and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

The manufacturer reports a measuring range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.066 ng/ml. In spike-and-recovery testing, serum showed an average of 91% (range 80–102%), EDTA plasma 90% (range 81–100%) and heparin plasma 84% (range 80–89%) across five replicates per matrix. Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 was demonstrated in the same three sample types.
