Human Jagged 1 Protein ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, the Human Jagged1 ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Jagged1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format, with a biotinylated anti-Jagged1 detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate. Signal is developed using TMB substrate, producing a blue-to-yellow colour change after addition of stop solution, and absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is <0.057 ng/ml, with an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. The kit contains a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
