Human Isocitrate Dehydrogenase 1, Soluble ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Isocitrate Dehydrogenase 1, Soluble (IDH1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. Total assay time is 4h 30m, and the product is intended for research use only.

The kit has a reported sensitivity of <1.26 ng/ml and a working range of 3.12–200 ng/ml. Sample recovery has been characterised in serum (n=5, range 80–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81–100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (n=5, range 80–89%, average 84%), with linearity evaluated across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 in each matrix. Reagent components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed.
