Human Interleukin 8 ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com for the quantitative determination of human IL-8 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm on a microplate reader, and runs in a total of 4 hours 30 minutes.
