Human Interleukin 5 Receptor Alpha ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Interleukin 5 Receptor Alpha (IL-5RA) in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, using a biotinylated anti-IL-5RA detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate visualised with TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader, with the concentration of IL-5RA calculated by reference to a standard curve.

The assay range is 78.1-5000 pg/ml and sensitivity is <24.6 pg/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product is intended for research use only.
