Human Interleukin 32 ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com Interleukin 32 ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of human IL-32 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm against a standard curve, and a total assay time of 4h 30m. An antibody specific for IL-32 is immobilised on the plate; standards and samples are added, followed by a biotinylated anti-IL-32 antibody and then HRP-Avidin, with TMB substrate producing a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of stop solution, the absorbance being proportional to IL-32 captured in each well.

Reported performance includes a standard-curve range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <6.0 pg/ml. Spike-and-recovery (n=5) values were: serum 83-100% (average 91%), EDTA plasma 91-98% (average 94%), and heparin plasma 90-99% (average 94%). Dilution linearity for serum (n=5) was 78-102% at 1:2, 90-100% at 1:4, 80-104% at 1:8 and 86-97% at 1:16; for EDTA plasma (n=5), 95-103%, 81-109%, 87-91% and 88-107% at the same dilutions; and for heparin plasma (n=5), 74-101%, 92-97%, 90-105% and 84-102%.
