Human Interleukin 3 Receptor Alpha ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Interleukin 3 Receptor Alpha (IL-3RA/CD123) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with a biotinylated anti-IL-3RA/CD123 detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4h 30m, and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.

The stated sensitivity is <0.118 ng/ml and the measurable range is 0.312-20 ng/ml. Spike-and-recovery values were: serum (n=5) 80-102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5) 81-100% (average 90%), and heparin plasma (n=5) 80-89% (average 84%).
