Human Interleukin 3 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human IL-3 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The microtiter plate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for IL-3, and bound analyte is detected using a biotinylated anti-IL-3 antibody together with HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a colourimetric signal read at 450 nm on a microplate reader.

The standard assay range is 15.6-1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <5.7 pg/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m. Reported recovery (n=5) ranges from 80-102% in serum (average 91%), 81-100% in EDTA plasma (average 90%), and 80-89% in heparin plasma (average 84%).

Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and adhesive plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
