Human Interleukin 23 Receptor ELISA Kit

Available from Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables in vitro quantitative measurement of human Interleukin 23 Receptor (IL-23R) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay is performed on a pre-coated microplate, using a biotinylated anti-IL-23R detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate visualised with TMB substrate; absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The working assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a reported sensitivity of <0.041 ng/ml, and the full protocol runs in 4h 30m. Recovery across n=5 runs averaged 91% in serum (range 83–100%), 94% in EDTA plasma (91–98%) and 94% in heparin plasma (90–99%). Dilution linearity is reported for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 sample dilutions. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
