Human Interleukin 23 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay from Antibodies.com enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human IL-23 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-IL-23 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a colour change that is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The standard product range is 78.1–5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <28 pg/ml, and the total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported average recoveries are 91% in serum, 96% in EDTA plasma and 94% in heparin plasma. Components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
