Human Interleukin 21 Receptor ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) supplied by Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Interleukin 21 Receptor (IL-21R). The kit is intended for use with tissue homogenates, serum, plasma (EDTA or heparin), cell culture supernatants, and cell lysates, as well as other biological fluids. Detection relies on a biotinylated anti-IL-21R antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate development read colorimetrically at 450 nm on a microplate reader.

Performance is specified with a measuring range of 0.156-10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.063 ng/ml. Reported average recoveries are 91% for serum, 96% for EDTA plasma, and 95% for heparin plasma, with linearity demonstrated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16. The full assay protocol takes 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as labelled.
