Human Interleukin 21 ELISA Kit

The assay operates across a product range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 6.2 pg/ml. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a microplate reader; the standard curve is then used to calculate IL-21 concentration. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes, and kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, with use before the expiration date.
