Human Interleukin 2 Receptor Gamma ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human IL-2RG (Interleukin 2 Receptor Gamma) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-IL-2RG detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Quantitative performance figures reported by the manufacturer include a standard curve range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.067 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Mean recovery is reported as 91% (range 80–102%) in serum (n=5), 90% (range 81–100%) in EDTA plasma (n=5) and 84% (range 80–89%) in heparin plasma (n=5).
