Human Interleukin 2 Receptor Beta ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the quantitative in vitro determination of human IL-2 Receptor beta/p75 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm on a standard microplate reader.

The assay range is 78.1–5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <28 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Average recovery values were 91% for serum (n=5, range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81–100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (n=5, range 80–89%). Dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions yielded 74–107% for serum, 79–108% for EDTA plasma, and 82–105% for heparin plasma. The kit includes a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and adhesive plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
