Human Interleukin 19 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Interleukin 19 (IL-19) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, employing biotinylated anti-IL-19 antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay has a product range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <6.1 pg/ml. Average recovery is 91% in serum (range 83–100%), 96% in EDTA plasma (range 90–103%), and 95% in heparin plasma (range 89–102%). Dilution linearity has been demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions across all three sample types. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

Kit components include a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips), lyophilized standard, Detection Solution A and Detection Solution B, Wash Buffer (30X), Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution, and plate sealers.
