Human Interleukin 17F ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com's Assays and Kits range, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human IL-17F in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate platform configured as 12 x 8 well strips, with colourmetric detection read at 450 nm on a microplate reader.

Reported performance characteristics include a product range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <6.2 pg/ml, with an assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Spike-and-recovery validation in n=5 samples per matrix showed averages of 91% for serum (range 83%–100%), 95% for EDTA plasma (range 91%–100%) and 96% for heparin plasma (range 91%–101%). Dilution linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions is reported for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.

Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and include the pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. The kit should not be used past its expiration date.
