Human Interleukin 17 Receptor A ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Interleukin 17 Receptor A (IL-17RA Receptor) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format and a biotinylated anti-IL-17RA Receptor detection antibody, followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate and TMB substrate. Colour development is stopped with an acidic stop solution and the absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, with sample concentration calculated against the standard curve. The total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes.

Reported performance characteristics include a measuring range of 78.1-5000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <30 pg/ml. Standards are supplied in lyophilized form, and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. The kit should not be used past its expiration date.
