Human Interleukin 17 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human IL-17A in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for IL-17A; bound analyte is detected using a biotinylated anti-IL-17A antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal generated by TMB substrate and read colorimetrically at 450 nm.

The kit reports a standard curve range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <5.9 pg/ml. Mean recovery is 91% in serum (range 83-100%), 96% in EDTA plasma (range 90-103%) and 95% in heparin plasma (range 89-102%). Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Components supplied include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, to be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and not used past the stated expiry date.
