Human Interleukin 12 Receptor Beta 2 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human IL-12RB2 (Interleukin 12 Receptor Beta 2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay has a sensitivity of 0.055 ng/ml and a reported detection range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Average recovery across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma is between 90% and 91% (n=5), with dilution linearity ranges provided for samples tested at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Supplied components include a lyophilized standard, biotinylated anti-IL-12RB2 detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate and stop solution, with kit components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
