Human Interleukin 11 Receptor Alpha ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com, this human Interleukin 11 Receptor Alpha (IL-11RA) kit is a sandwich ELISA intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of IL-11RA in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The procedure uses a pre-coated microplate to capture IL-11RA, a biotinylated anti-IL-11RA detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; the reaction is stopped with an acidic stop solution and absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported performance figures include a sensitivity of <0.112 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312-20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Sample recovery is documented for serum (n=5, average 91%, range 80-102%), EDTA plasma (n=5, average 91%, range 81-101%) and heparin plasma (n=5, average 84%, range 80-89%). Dilution linearity is reported for each sample type at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions.
