Human Interleukin 1 Zeta ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the quantitative in vitro determination of human IL-37 (also called Interleukin 1 Zeta) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Colourimetric detection is read by absorbance at 450 nm on a standard microplate reader.

Performance specifications include a standard range of 78.1–5000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 24 pg/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. A biotinylated anti-IL-37 detection antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate are used with TMB substrate, producing a yellow colour whose intensity is proportional to IL-37 concentration. Components should be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed, and the product is for research use only.
