Human Interleukin 1 Eta ELISA Kit

The assay reports a working range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <6.6 pg/ml, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Average recovery values across matrices are 91% for serum (range 83-100%), 96% for EDTA plasma (range 90-103%), and 95% for heparin plasma (range 89-102%).

The workflow uses a biotinylated anti-IL-36 beta/IL-1F8 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate added sequentially to analyte captured on pre-coated wells, with TMB substrate producing a colour change proportional to target concentration. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
