Human Interleukin 1 Delta ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Interleukin 1 Delta in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. A 96-well microplate pre-coated with a capture antibody is supplied as 12 x 8 well strips. The captured Interleukin 1 Delta is detected using a biotinylated detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a yellow chromogen read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader; absorbance intensity is directly proportional to the Interleukin 1 Delta concentration in each well.

The total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes, with a working standard range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <5.7 pg/ml. Sample recovery has been characterised in human serum (range 83-100%), EDTA plasma (range 90-103%) and heparin plasma (range 89-102%) across the tested range. Kit components are supplied for storage at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
