Human Interferon Regulatory Factor 3 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Interferon Regulatory Factor 3 (IRF3) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The immunoassay uses a pre-coated microplate with an immobilised anti-IRF3 antibody, a biotinylated anti-IRF3 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate, and a TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Reactivity is human.

The reported assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.055 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4h 30m. Recovery data from the manufacturer show serum (n=5) within 80–102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5) within 81–100% (average 90%), and heparin plasma (n=5) within 80–89% (average 84%). Dilution linearity across 1:2 to 1:16 is reported as 87–91% to 92–97% for serum, 90–105% to 79–108% for EDTA plasma, and 84–95% to 89–91% for heparin plasma.
