Human Interferon Inducible T-Cell Alpha Chemoattractant ELISA Kit

Sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human CXCL11 (Interferon-inducible T-cell alpha chemoattractant) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The kit employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips; standards and samples are incubated with a biotinylated anti-CXCL11 detection antibody followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate, and the enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate and read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.

The standard curve covers a range of 31.2-2000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <10.8 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. In spiked recovery testing, samples averaged 91% in serum (range 80-102%, n=5), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81-100%, n=5) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80-89%, n=5). Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 returned 70-107%, 89-93%, 86-104% and 80-103% for serum (n=5); 95-100%, 85-110%, 81-99% and 90-102% for EDTA plasma (n=5); and 77-104%, 88-95%, 94-104% and 80-107% for heparin plasma (n=5).

Kit components include the pre-coated 96-well microplate strips (stored at -20°C), lyophilised standard (2 vials, -20°C), Detection Solution A (120 µl, -20°C), Detection Solution B (120 µl, -20°C), 30X Wash Buffer (20 ml, +4°C), Sample Dilution Buffer (45 ml, -20°C), TMB Substrate (9 ml, +4°C), Stop Solution (6 ml, +4°C) and adhesive plate sealers. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and not used past the expiration date.
