Human Interferon Gamma Inducible Protein 30 ELISA Kit

Sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Interferon Gamma Inducible Protein 30 (GILT) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated anti-GILT detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate; signal is generated with TMB substrate and the colour change is read as absorbance at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Sensitivity is reported as <0.064 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m, and kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed. Reported average recovery is 91% in serum (n=5, range 83–100%), 94% in EDTA plasma (n=5, range 91–98%) and 94% in heparin plasma (n=5, range 90–99%).
