Human Interferon Alpha 2 ELISA Kit

An antibody specific for Interferon alpha 2 is pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by a biotinylated anti-Interferon alpha 2 antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is used to visualize the enzymatic reaction, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The assay has a product range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 6.3 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Reactivity is specific to human samples, and detection is colorimetric.
