The assay uses a pre-coated microplate together with a biotinylated anti-Interferon alpha 10 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, and the enzymatic reaction is visualised with TMB substrate and quantified by absorbance at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.
