Human Intelectin 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay from Antibodies.com, this kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human ITLN2 (Intelectin 2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an ITLN2-specific antibody, configured as 12 x 8 well strips.

Detection relies on a biotinylated anti-ITLN2 antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Reported sensitivity is <1.06 ng/ml and the assay range is 3.12-200 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. The manufacturer provides sample recovery data (serum: 80-102%, average 91%; EDTA plasma: 81-100%, average 90%; heparin plasma: 80-89%, average 84%) alongside dilution linearity data at 1:2 to 1:16 for each sample type.
