Human Intelectin 1 ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com Human ITLN1 ELISA Kit is a sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of human ITLN1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-ITLN1 detection antibody and HRP-avidin with TMB substrate; colour development is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader and the ITLN1 concentration is calculated against a standard curve.

Reported sensitivity is <6.2 pg/ml with a standard range of 15.6-1000 pg/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and must not be used past the stated expiration date.

Spike-and-recovery testing (n=5 per matrix) gave average recoveries of 91% in serum (range 80%-102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81%-100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80%-89%). Dilution linearity across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions was 87-91%, 87-107%, 74-101% and 92-97% for serum; 90-105%, 84-101%, 90-101% and 79-108% for EDTA plasma; and 84-95%, 92-105%, 82-105% and 89-91% for heparin plasma.
