Human Integrin Beta 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Integrin Beta 1 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique using an antibody specific for Integrin Beta 1 pre-coated onto a microplate. Standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by a biotinylated anti-Integrin Beta 1 detection antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate. The resulting yellow product is measured at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader, with target concentration calculated by reference to a standard curve.

The quantitative range is 0.781-50 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.27 ng/ml. The assay runs in approximately 4h 30m on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. Reported recovery values (n=5) average 91% for serum (range 83%-99%), 89% for EDTA plasma (range 80%-99%), and 90% for heparin plasma (range 82%-99%). Dilutional linearity has been validated at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.
