Human Integrin Associated Protein ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of human CD47, also known as Integrin Associated Protein, in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips. CD47 in standards and samples is captured by an immobilised antibody, detected with a biotinylated anti-CD47 antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate, then visualised using TMB substrate with absorbance read at 450 nm.

The kit reports a sensitivity of <0.116 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312-20 ng/ml, with a total run time of 4h 30m. Reported recovery in serum ranges from 80% to 102% (average 91%), in EDTA plasma from 81% to 100% (average 90%), and in heparin plasma from 80% to 89% (average 84%). Components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
