Human Integrin Alpha V ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative in vitro determination of human Integrin Alpha V in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) read colourmetrically at 450 nm in a microplate reader, with an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.055 ng/ml. The complete protocol takes approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. In spiked recovery studies (n=5), average recoveries were 91% in serum (range 80–102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (range 81–100%), and 84% in heparin plasma (range 80–89%). Kit components include a lyophilized standard, biotinylated detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers. Components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and not used past the kit expiration date.
