Human Integrin Alpha M ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Integrin Alpha M (also known as CD11b) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with detection carried out colorimetrically by reading absorbance at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

A biotinylated anti-CD11b detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate are used, with signal developed by TMB substrate. The reported product range is 0.312-20 ng/ml, the sensitivity is 0.125 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4h 30m. Recovery in neat samples has been reported at an average of 91% in serum (range 80-102%), 90% in EDTA plasma (81-100%) and 84% in heparin plasma (80-89%), with linearity demonstrated across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16. Kit components include the pre-coated plate, lyophilised standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, to be stored as instructed.
