Human Integrin Alpha 11 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Integrin Alpha 11 (ITGA11) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate bearing an antibody specific for ITGA11; standards and samples are added, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-ITGA11 Antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate. The enzymatic reaction yields a blue product that turns yellow after addition of acidic stop solution, with absorbance read at 450nm in a microplate reader.

The kit offers a sensitivity of 0.124 ng/ml and a quantitative detection range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m, with components stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed. Sample recovery in serum averaged 91% (range 83–100%), in EDTA plasma 96% (range 90–103%), and in heparin plasma 95% (range 89–102%) across 5 replicates each. Linearity has been demonstrated across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 in the same matrices. The product is intended for research use only.
