Human Integrin Alpha 1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Integrin Alpha 1 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate, with a biotinylated anti-Integrin Alpha 1 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate producing a colorimetric signal that is read at 450 nm using a microplate reader.

The detection range is 78.1–5000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <30 pg/ml. Total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components should be stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as instructed, and the product must not be used past its expiration date.

Reported recovery values across n=5 samples per matrix are: serum 80%–102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma 81%–100% (average 90%) and heparin plasma 80%–89% (average 84%).
