Human Insulin Like Growth Factor Binding Protein 5 ELISA Kit

The kit is supplied as a pre-coated 96-well microplate configured as 12 x 8 well strips, with readouts taken on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm. Quantification relies on a biotinylated anti-IGFBP5 detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a yellow product whose intensity is proportional to IGFBP5 concentration. The assay has a stated standard range of 6.25-400 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 2.11 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit reagents are stored at +4°C or -20°C as indicated on each component.
