Human Insulin Like Growth Factor 2 Receptor ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Insulin Like Growth Factor 2 Receptor (also known as M6PR, Cation Independent) in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate configured as 12 x 8 well strips, employing a biotinylated detection antibody with HRP-avidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. The standard curve covers a range of 0.625–40 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.244 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

Recovery has been validated in serum (range 83%–100%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (90%–103%, 96%) and heparin plasma (90%–99%, 94%), with linearity demonstrated across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16 in each matrix.
