Human Insulin Like Growth Factor 2 mRNA Binding Protein 3 ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com kit is a sandwich ELISA (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Insulin Like Growth Factor 2 mRNA Binding Protein 3 (IMP3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm.

Reported performance values include an assay range of 0.312-20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of less than 0.114 ng/ml. The total assay time is approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and should not be used past the expiration date.

The manufacturer reports the following per-matrix performance values (n=5 per matrix): serum 80-102% (average 91%), EDTA plasma 81-101% (average 91%) and heparin plasma 80-89% (average 84%). Dilution linearity was reported at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for serum (87-91%, 87-107%, 74-101%, 92-97%), EDTA plasma (90-105%, 84-101%, 90-101%, 79-108%) and heparin plasma (84-95%, 92-105%, 82-105%, 89-91%).
